Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of Rizq Digital, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our platform
• You must be a legal resident of Pakistan
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

Investment Plans

Plan Structure:

• Daily Plans (Level 1): 50-day investment periods with daily returns
• Monthly Plans (Levels 2-4): 30-day investment periods with higher ROI
• All new users must start with the Daily Starter Package (Rs 500)
• Higher-tier packages unlock after completing previous levels

Deposits & Payments

• All deposits must be made via JazzCash to the designated account
• Payment verification typically takes 2-24 hours
• You must submit accurate payment proof (Transaction ID required)
• Plans are activated only after admin approval of payment
• Deposits are non-refundable once plan is activated

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed via JazzCash only
• Minimum withdrawal amount may apply
• Processing time: 2-24 hours (subject to verification)
• You must provide a verified JazzCash account number
• Rizq Digital reserves the right to request KYC documents for large withdrawals

Referral Program

How It Works:

• You receive a unique referral code upon registration
• Earn 2% commission on all deposits made by referred users
• Commission is credited immediately upon deposit approval
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make
• Referral abuse or fraudulent activity will result in account suspension

Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• Do not share your password with anyone
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access
• We track IP addresses to prevent duplicate accounts and fraud
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit referrals is strictly prohibited

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden:

• Creating fake or duplicate accounts
• Using automated systems or bots
• Manipulating the referral system
• Providing false payment information
• Attempting to hack or exploit platform vulnerabilities
• Engaging in money laundering or illegal financial activities

Returns & Risks

Investment Disclaimer:

• All investments carry inherent risks
• Past performance does not guarantee future returns
• Returns are estimates and may vary based on market conditions
• Rizq Digital is not liable for losses due to market fluctuations
• Invest only what you can afford to lose

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of terms
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason
• Modify or discontinue any feature without prior notice
• Freeze withdrawals pending investigation of suspicious activity

Data & Privacy

Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process your data as outlined in that document.

Changes to Terms

Rizq Digital may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform announcements.

Limitation of Liability

• Rizq Digital is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have invested
• We are not responsible for technical failures, internet outages, or third-party service disruptions

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
